1. Who we are
“QuickBookie”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the entity operating this Website and Service. If you need our legal name and address for contractual purposes, contact us via Support.
2. Definitions
For these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- Business: an organization using the Service to manage bookings/locations/catalog.
- Profile: a business account space within QuickBookie.
- Customer: a person booking services from a Business profile.
- Content: text, images, and other materials uploaded or displayed via the Service.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
4. Using the Service
The Service provides tools for appointment booking, in-person sales recording at your locations, and profile management. Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, service catalog, availability, working hours, pricing, and any customer communications.
5. Plans, subscriptions, and billing
The Service may offer free and paid plans with limits (for example, maximum locations, industries, services, and gallery images). Paid subscriptions, if enabled for your deployment, are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise. We may offer custom plans upon request.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Website or Service. You must represent only a business or organisation you are lawfully entitled to operate. In particular, you may not register or run a Profile in a way that impersonates another real business, trades on someone else’s established name or branding without their permission, or could reasonably mislead customers about who they are booking with. This includes, without limitation:
- registering or presenting a Profile or Content that adopts another entity’s commercial identity (including its trading name, logo, or distinctive look-and-feel) without clear authorisation, or otherwise attempting to capture bookings or goodwill belonging to someone else,
- attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts,
- scraping, probing, or attacking the Service (including denial-of-service),
- uploading malware or harmful code,
- uploading, displaying, or distributing illegal or prohibited content (including pornography or sexually explicit material),
- posting hateful, abusive, or harassing language, threats, or incitement to violence,
- promoting, facilitating, or depicting criminal activity (including fraud, trafficking, or exploitation),
- using the Service to violate law or third-party rights.
7. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of Content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited right to host, process, and display that Content as needed to provide the Service. The Service and Website (including branding and software) are protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third parties (for example, authentication providers, email delivery, hosting/CDN, and push notification services). Your use of those third-party services may be subject to their terms.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy policy explains how we handle information on this Website and what to consider for the applications and Business profiles.
10. Disclaimers
The Website and Service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickBookie will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Website or Service.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold QuickBookie harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, or cancel a Profile, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and other users. This may happen at any time, including while you have an active paid subscription.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change. Material changes may be announced where appropriate.
15. Contact
