Privacy policy
Last updated: April 2026
This policy describes how QuickBookie (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the QuickBookie website (www.quickbookie.com) and related marketing pages. It is written for store listings (Apple App Store, Google Play) and general transparency. The QuickBookie applications may collect additional data to operate bookings — refer to in-app disclosures and your controller (the business operating the profile) where applicable.
Who we are
QuickBookie provides software for appointment-based businesses. The product is developed and maintained by Filip Stepanov, who is also the publisher of this website.
What this site collects
Support form: If enabled, your message, email address, subject, and optional fields are sent to our support mailbox via a third-party form provider (e.g. Web3Forms). Technical data: Hosting and CDN logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and reliability. No QuickBookie app database is used by this marketing site.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses essential cookies from the hosting provider and may use Google Analytics to understand basic visitor activity (for example: pages viewed and approximate device/browser information). Where required, we will request consent before setting analytics cookies. You can also control cookies in your browser settings.
Retention
Support emails are retained as needed to resolve requests and for legitimate business records unless a shorter period is required by law.
Your rights
Depending on jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR), you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us via the support page.
Children
The service is aimed at businesses and adults. If you believe we have collected a child’s data inappropriately, contact support.
Changes
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Material changes may be announced where appropriate.
Service vs. marketing website
This page covers the marketing website you are viewing and general transparency for store listings. The QuickBookie applications and the business profile you interact with may process additional personal data to provide bookings (for example: customer contact details, booking history, staff assignments, and messages). In those cases, the business operating the profile is typically the controller for booking data.
Processors and sub-processors
To operate the Website and Service, we may use third-party providers for hosting, CDN, email delivery, and form handling. These providers may process technical data (for example: IP address, timestamps, and user agent) as part of delivering and securing the service.
International transfers
Depending on where our providers operate, data may be processed in countries different from your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as contractual clauses) to support such transfers.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, such as access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS), and monitoring for abuse. No system is 100% secure; please avoid sending sensitive secrets via the support form.
